(January 14, 2022) – David Brazil, PC Official Opposition Leader and MHA for Conception Bay East-Bell Island, today extended his condolences on the passing of Ed Roberts.

“Ed Roberts stood among the giants of the political history of Newfoundland and Labrador, with a career in public service spanning five decades. From his time as an MHA to his many cabinet positions, to his time as the province’s eleventh Lieutenant Governor, Roberts served the people of Newfoundland and Labrador with passion and a love of the place we call home,” said Brazil.

“On behalf of the PC Official Opposition Caucus, I extend my sincere condolences to his wife Eve, their children and grandchildren.”
