After graduating at Inglis Memorial in Bishop's Falls, he continued to study post-secondary at Grand Falls District Vocational School and continued to work in the private sector.

Loyola O’Driscoll, son of Allan and Josephine, was born and raised in Bay Bulls. He is married to Yvette and they have two daughters, Paige and Kaitlyn. For the past 22 years, after completing college, he worked at Hickman Motors.
