St. John’s, NL – Progressive Conservative Leader Tony Wakeham today announced that Shane Skinner and Jessica Babb will serve as Co-Chairs of the PC campaign team for the upcoming provincial election.

“I’m thrilled to have Shane and Jessica leading our campaign team,” said Wakeham. “Both bring outstanding leadership, proven experience, and a deep commitment to building a stronger Newfoundland and Labrador. They reflect the values and vision of our party and will help our team stay focused on delivering lower taxes, better healthcare, and safer communities for all of us.”

Skinner and Babb will oversee the overall direction and execution of the province-wide campaign, working closely with the Leader, candidates, volunteers, and stakeholders to ensure a strong and united effort in all 40 districts.

Jessica M. Babb was born and raised in Carbonear, NL, and now proudly practices law in her hometown at Babb Law Office. Jessica has decades of experience working with the Progressive Conservative Party of Newfoundland Labrador locally and provincially, as a volunteer, organizing member and chairperson of countless campaigns, leadership section committees and standing committees.

Shane Skinner, a lifelong resident of St. John’s, NL, is a dedicated member of the Progressive Conservative Party of Newfoundland and Labrador. His involvement began with the 2003 general election, followed by various volunteer roles. Shane ran as a PC candidate in 2019 and has served as Party President since 2021, bringing his extensive experience and commitment to the province’s future.
