Progressive Conservatives Announce Nomination Meeting for Humber - Gros Morne

St. John’s, NL - The Provincial Executive of the Progressive Conservative Party of Newfoundland and Labrador is pleased to announce that, following the close of nominations and the candidate vetting process, two nominees have been accepted as candidates seeking to represent the PC Party in the upcoming general election for the district of Humber - Gros Morne:

• Jim Goudie
• Mike Goosney

The Nomination Meeting to select the Progressive Conservative candidate for Humber - Gros Morne will take place on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM with the voting location(s) to be announced.

To participate in the nomination process, individuals must meet the following criteria as per the Constitution of the Progressive Conservative Party of Newfoundland and Labrador:

• Be a resident of the Humber - Gros Morne district.
• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be a registered Member or Supporter of the Progressive Conservative Party of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Membership applications can be completed online at www.pcnl.ca/membership or submitted using a paper application, also available on the Party’s website.

The deadline to register to vote in this nomination process is 11:59 p.m. on Friday, July 25, 2025.
