Wakeham Announces Addition to Shadow Cabinet

(June 27, 2024, St. John’s, N.L.) – Tony Wakeham, Leader of the PC Party and Official Opposition, has announced the following change to the PC Shadow Cabinet following the recent swearing-in of Lin Paddock (MHA, Baie Verte – Green Bay).

Effective immediately, the change is as follows:

• Lin Paddock (MHA, Baie Verte – Green Bay) - PC Shadow Minister of Finance, Treasury Board, and Public Service Commission

"I am pleased to welcome Lin Paddock as the newest member of our PC Caucus and Shadow Cabinet. Lin, with a Master's in Public Administration and as a Chartered Professional Accountant, brings extensive financial management, logistics, and relationship-building experience to the table. His unique blend of skills and his years of military service in high-ranking positions, including senior controllership roles, make him a respected team builder. This, coupled with his laser-focused approach to delivering results, aligns perfectly with our vision for the future of our province," said Wakeham.
