Wakeham Announces Shadow Cabinet Changes

(May 13, 2024 St. John’s, N.L.) – Tony Wakeham, Leader of the Progressive Conservative Party of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Official Opposition, has announced changes to the PC Shadow Cabinet following the recent election of Jim McKenna (MHA, Fogo Island – Cape Freels).

 

Effective immediately, the changes are as follows:

·       Jim McKenna (MHA, Fogo Island – Cape Freels), PC Shadow Minister of Transportation

·       Loyola O’Driscoll (MHA, Ferryland), Caucus Whip, PC Shadow Minister of Digital Government, Service NL, OCIO and NL Liquor Corporation

·       Joedy Wall (MHA, Cape St. Francis), PC Shadow Minister of Housing

“I am pleased to welcome Jim McKenna to the PC Shadow Cabinet. I am confident that his experience and dedication to people will serve him well in his new role as our Shadow Minister of Transportation,” said Wakeham. “As a rural MHA, this role will allow Jim to be a strong voice for the great people of Fogo Island – Cape Freels and the residents of Newfoundland and Labrador.”
